Robust Data and Multiple Hierarchies

Xivic Asset has cascading data entry functionality, this makes for faster and more accurate data entry. Asset data is often exposed to the whole organisation so its important to Adapt to give our clients the tools to improve data at the time of entry.

The software can store any number of relationship hierarchies. Hierarchies can be modelled in terms of physical assets, spatial locations or financial groupings. This enables all users to view asset information in ways that are pertinent to them. Roll the asset inventory up into hierarchical views which are useful to different levels of your organisation.

Track it, Store it and Mobilise it

The Adapt Asset Inventory software is tightly integrated to the Adapt Task Management module. Task Management stores the events relating to an assets life. It is used to capture maintenance, schedule maintenance and record inspections such as CCTV, Warrants of Fitness, Operational Checks,  Health and Safety check and flow tests to name a few. Task templates are created in the system to cater for any Activity required. The templates have defined logic and business rules determining how data enters the system. All this functionality can even be mobilised to the workforce.

Integrate

Many clients have been disappointed with software vendors claiming to have integration-ready software. All too often integration is actually an expensive one-off software development project – not reusable and not to standard.
Integration is the foundation of Adapt Software, it is not an afterthought. How our clients use the system is captured in our integration layer, this changes as system configuration changes. This means any system can access our integration layer and leverage the same functionality and rules that the Adapt User Interface uses. Our client’s then benefit from consistent data, faster integration deployments, freedom to use the system to their requirements and the confidence of integrating to an industry standard. Data reporting

No limits. Adapt has a no limits policy to reporting data. Users need to report data and get data out in different ways. Any number of reports can be created and embedded within the Adapt software. Report on expected life versus replacement cost, report on data accuracy, and report spatially on a map, the choice is yours. Our clients are free to report on datasets outside of the Adapt database. We have purposely opened the door to empowering users with data presented in a way that best suits their needs.
